I'm Chris, I love music, chocolate, food and wine, especially champagne and white Burgundy!

Born and raised in London, I moved to Northern California in 2006. Having spent almost three decades in the corporate worlds of retail fashion, financial services, advertising, entertainment, video games, and high tech - my passion for champagne is now a full-time business, and I'm loving every minute of it.

I have been fortunate enough to taste thousands of champagnes; the life-altering, the great, the good, and the not so fabulous! In my spare time over the years, I've researched and studied Champagne, and traveled there as often as possible. I've had the privilege of visiting and getting to know some of the most incredible people, houses and growers in Champagne.

If you've not visited Champagne, I highly recommend you do if the opportunity arises, it is truly a beautiful region, with amazing people, history, architecture, culture, food and wine.
